It also improves our ability to meet the unique needs of many different types of group outings, retreats, team meetings and camps. The Facilities

The Main Lodge & Conference Center
Our beautiful full service, 52 room hotel which offers a majestic view of the property from it’s 100 foot deck and a layout that is suitable for groups as small as 4 and as large as 200. With accommodations that include 7 meeting rooms and a full service dining room, the lodge is perfect for church groups, retreats and business meetings. Our full time chef will assure that your meals are as close to home cookin’ as you could expect – and will likely exceed your expectations from time to time.

46 rooms are furnished with 2 queen beds and 6 rooms are furnished with a king size bed.  All lakeside rooms have a balcony or patio and garden rooms offer a bit more privacy facing the front side of the property.

The Ranch
A rustic, dorm-style lodging village that is perfect for a variety of retreats, reunions and mid-sized groups from 20-500 people. With five dorms, you can reserve one, two or all three venues to accommodate the size of your group.

Iroquois Dorm
A one level dorm that sleeps 100. The building is divided into 4 sleeping areas with a large common area that is centrally located and features 2 leader apartments.

Sycamore Dorm
Our largest capacity dorm that sleeps 148. The dorm has a large common area and is divided into 4 sleeping areas that sleep 34 each and two leader rooms that sleep 6 each. This is a handicap accessible dorm including restroom and shower facilities.

Cypress Dorm

The Cypress dorm is very similar to the Sycamore dorm and sleeps 148 total.  It has a large common area and 4 sleeping areas that are equipped with bunk beds that sleep 34 each and private shower and restroom facilities.  There are two leader rooms that sleep six each and is located directly off of the main common area.

Arapaho Dorm
This facility sleeps 48 and is a bi-level dorm with 6 apartment style rooms on the lower level each sleeping 8. The upper level is literally “wired for sound” and is a perfect venue for groups that come with a worship band or are planning on group sessions, talent shows, etc. requiring sound. The stage is also set with lighting and A/V and features three flat screen monitors for effective use of slides and video if needed. Use our equipment or bring your own!

Cheyenne Dorm
With a capacity of 58 this space is a bi-level dorm with 9 apartment style rooms. The upper level is a multi-purpose room and can be set up in a variety of ways to accommodate your needs. Ping Pong tables, bean bag toss, carpet ball and foosball tables are available at your request.

The Lake View/Pool View Apartments
These are ideal for families or very small groups looking for a few days away to retreat and re-connect. We offer two fully furnished 2BR/1Bath apartments complete with kitchenette and common area each sleeping 6. Bring your own bedding or allow us to provide our hotel linens.

Frontier Village TiPis
Frontier Village has been an instant hit with small groups, families, sports teams and father/son retreats. The uniqueness of the 7 tee pees captures the interest of both young and old alike. Each venue contains 4 bunk beds with mattresses and will accommodate 8 in each for a total of 56 beds. This venue is full of adventure and has been a hit with families, small groups, athletic teams and missions groups as they experience the unique opportunity to sleep in such a memorable environment. This venue is a good fit for groups of all sizes. Reserve a single tee pee – or reserve the whole village!

Tent Camping
This option is for those who are really looking for some adventure. For around $5/person per night, bring a tent and camp out under the stars, enjoy the glow of a campfire on a crisp evening and wake up to the sunrise and nature coming alive.
